Procurement MRO Manager

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking a Procurement MRO Manager to lead the national sourcing strategy for the Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) portfolio in Mexico. The role oversees a $135 MM USD spend across spare parts, services, consumables, PPE, uniforms and pallets, driving transformation toward a scalable, compliant and digitally enabled function.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the MRO centralization strategy in partnership with the LATAM Center of Excellence.
• Manage eight direct reports and coordinate end‑to‑end category execution across 14 plants.
• Ensure compliance, risk mitigation and cost performance, targeting Net Zero Opex inflation.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives, including automation of transactional activities, AI‑driven bots, data governance and workflow redesign.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, EHS, Finance and HR to align standards and build functional capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in category management or procurement, preferably within MRO or industrial supplies.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross‑functional teams.
• Track record of delivering cost savings and operational efficiencies at a national scale.
