Procurement Specialist – Mexico City

About the role

ROSEN Group is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join its Mexico City team. Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will manage the full procurement cycle, support sourcing initiatives, and help drive cost‑saving projects across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Create and process purchase orders from requisitions using SAP.
• Track and analyse vendor delivery, service, and quality performance.
• Maintain SAP material master data to meet API Q1 compliance.
• Develop and sustain strong supplier relationships while identifying cost‑reduction opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to align with business goals.
• Handle procurement issues, returns, and provide alternative solutions.
• Ensure all documentation, approvals, and cost‑center allocations are accurate before PO release.
• Facilitate competitive bids and support the full sourcing process from scope definition to contract execution.
• Collaborate with Finance on goods receipt and system maintenance.
• Prepare and distribute spend reports and use SAP analytics to monitor trends.
• Train and coach team members on procurement best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (preferred).
• 3–4 years of procurement experience.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and compliance standards.
• Proven ability to work with internal stakeholders and finance teams.

• SAP procurement module.
