Product Manager, Costing – Digital Product Creation

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a Product Manager to lead the Costing function within the Digital Product Creation team in Mexico City. You will bridge the gap between physical garments and the digital tools that bring them to market, focusing on cost and margin throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Define and champion the costing vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with product creation goals.
• Own the end‑to‑end implementation of a new Costing Platform, from use‑case definition and requirements documentation to delivery with engineering and program management.
• Manage the full product development cycle using prototypes and MVPs, testing assumptions and iterating based on user feedback.
• Collect, synthesize and act on data to drive informed decisions and experiments.
• Partner with merchandising, design, product development and other business functions to document current processes, identify opportunities for rewiring, and lead change adoption.
• Maintain and prioritize a dynamic product backlog, balancing new ideas, enhancement requests, competitive insights and engagement data.

Required profile

• Experience with digital costing, sourcing or product creation tools is a plus.
• Background in retail or apparel industry preferred.
• Strong ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and communicate a clear product vision.
• Data‑driven mindset with comfort leading recommendations based on analysis.
