Production Operator – Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The role involves carrying out production operations on assigned workstations while ensuring quality, safety, and on‑time delivery. You will work closely with supervisors and team members to keep the line running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Perform one or more production operations according to defined standards and report any anomalies.
• Clean, maintain, and set up machines and workstations, ensuring they are ready for production.
• Supply raw materials, packaging items, and small equipment, verifying their conformity.
• Conduct quality checks at machine entry and exit points, isolate defective parts, and open QRAP tickets when needed.
• Monitor production programs, maintain safety and productivity standards, and participate in daily and monthly meetings.
• Assist with series changes, parameter adjustments, and improvement projects as required.
• Support 5S organization of the workstation and perform level‑1 maintenance tasks.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to different production tasks (versatility).
• Good communication skills to report issues and hand over instructions to the next shift.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and participation in improvement initiatives.

Required skills

• Operation of production machinery and equipment.
• Basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Understanding of 5S workplace organization.
