Project Architect – Remote (Global)

About the role

Pistil Consortia is seeking a Project Architect to lead the technical development of its human‑centered design projects. Working remotely with a global team, you will ensure that design intent is maintained from concept through construction, collaborating closely with project managers and multidisciplinary designers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical development from design development through construction documentation.
• Produce high‑quality drawings, details, schedules, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and other team members to align project delivery.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges while preserving design intent.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and technical decision‑making.
• Mentor junior architects and designers, providing technical guidance.
• Assist construction administration and collaborate with the construction manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 5–8 years of experience in architectural firms, with at least 3 years on U.S. projects.
• Strong background in project delivery, design development, and construction documentation.
• Experience in construction administration is preferred.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
