Project Management Associate (Hybrid, Aguascalientes)

About the role

The Project Management Associate supports new subscriber launches, expansions, and complex initiatives by coordinating cross‑functional teams, maintaining project plans and documentation, and tracking milestones. This internal‑focused role ensures customer‑facing teams stay aligned and delivery remains on schedule, offering a solid entry point into SaaS implementation and project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, task owners, dependencies, and action items in tracking tools.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day execution across internal teams, translating project direction into clear, trackable activities.
• Monitor progress, follow up on overdue commitments, and drive tasks to completion.
• Identify and escalate schedule, scope, resource, quality, and dependency risks.
• Schedule and prepare project meetings, workstream discussions, and related documentation.
• Maintain organized project records, including plans, presentations, status reports, and meeting recordings.
• Support consistent use of project management standards, templates, and delivery processes.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in project coordination, implementation PMO, operations, or customer onboarding.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication (C1 level).
• Proactive follow‑through, risk identification, and clear stakeholder communication.
• Ability to work independently and know when to escalate issues.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams (or comparable productivity tools).
• Project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, or similar).
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and common development methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud‑based client‑server environments.
• Exposure to AI tools for project management (optional).
