About the role
Join Inspiralia’s Grants Administration Department in the Post‑award division. Reporting to the Head of Grants Administration, you will organize R&D funding for American clients and manage the daily administrative and financial aspects of SBIR and STTR projects during their execution.
Key responsibilities
- Organize and oversee R&D funding for American clients, handling SBIR and STTR project administration and financial management.
- Ensure internal quality procedures are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
Required profile
- Background in Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Physics.
- Proficiency in English (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of R&D programs or similar initiatives.
- Familiarity with federal grant funding mechanisms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Required skills
- Able to work with large amounts of data.
- Organized and methodical.
- Analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Deliver under pressure while remaining calm with deadlines.
- Clear thinker motivated to bring order to chaos.
