Project Management Office (PMO) Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Project Management Office (PMO) Manager to lead and coordinate projects within Siemens’ Balvanera site. The role focuses on planning, budgeting, supervising and documenting project activities while ensuring timely delivery and alignment with supply‑chain and production goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor assigned projects, managing scope, schedule and resources.
• Coordinate with supply‑chain partners to ensure seamless material flow and product metrics.
• Maintain project documentation, budgets and change requests.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget, meeting quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including engineering, logistics and production planning.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or similar roles.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• University degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or Logistics Engineering.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of SAP Production Planning module.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.
• Strong inventory management expertise.
• Experience in production planning and supply‑chain management.
• Project management competencies.
