Project Manager – Customer Portals (Temporary)

About the role

Barry Callebaut is seeking a temporary Project Manager to lead Scrum‑based initiatives for its customer portals. You will own portal enhancements, integrations, onboarding features, and continuous improvements, ensuring the roadmap delivers real value to customers and the business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end execution of portal enhancements and releases.
• Coordinate dependencies across Salesforce, ERP, data integrations, and UX teams.
• Act as the central coordination point for Commercial, IT, Finance, and Customer Experience teams.
• Provide transparent reporting on delivery status, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Identify cross‑functional risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
• Track and manage technical, operational, and adoption‑related risks.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Partner with Customer Enablement to align releases with onboarding and communication plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Digital Product Management, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Agile/Scrum training or certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) strongly preferred.
• Additional project‑management certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI‑ACP) are a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or ERP environments is advantageous.
• Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to manage complex dependencies.
• Proactive leader who drives continuous improvement and fosters accountability.
• Highly collaborative with the ability to align multiple stakeholders around shared outcomes.
