Project Manager II – Oversee Small to Mid‑Size Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager II to lead small to moderate‑size initiatives from initiation through delivery. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while supporting larger, complex programs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor project plans, tracking progress against schedule, cost, and quality targets.
• Identify, resolve, or escalate issues to minimize delays and keep projects on track.
• Facilitate project meetings, prepare status reports, and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, allocate tasks, and manage priorities to meet milestones.
• Ensure accurate project estimation, billing, and budget monitoring.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant project management experience.
• Ability to work with multiple functional areas such as Training, IT, and Marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
