Project Manager III – Advanced Manufacturing Engineering

About the role

TE Connectivity is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager III to join its Advanced Manufacturing Engineering team in Hermosillo, Mexico. You will lead cross‑functional projects that develop and qualify manufacturing processes, equipment, and automation platforms for a diverse portfolio of products.

Key responsibilities

• Define project requirements and develop comprehensive manufacturing plans, including process flow, equipment needs, and resource allocation.
• Support plant milestones, manage critical paths, and identify risks to minimize schedule impacts.
• Record schedule deviations, adjust plans, and drive change‑management activities.
• Develop business cases and deliver presentations to senior management.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams from concept through completion, ensuring scope control and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering and project management.
• Proven ability to work with multifunctional, culturally diverse teams.
• Strong negotiation, influence, and time‑management skills.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous‑improvement methodologies.
