Quality Engineer

About the role

The Quality Engineer will design, implement and maintain quality assurance protocols for transforming raw materials into partially finished or finished products. This role ensures that manufacturing and production processes meet internal and external safety, quality, and regulatory standards for global distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain QA methods, inspection procedures, and testing protocols.
• Plan, implement and manage compliance with standards such as GLP, GMP, ISO and Six Sigma.
• Design procedures to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and finished goods.
• Analyze production reports and data to identify trends and recommend updates to quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve complex quality issues creatively.

Required profile

• University degree in engineering, science or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance within manufacturing or production environments.
• Proven ability to exercise considerable latitude in setting objectives and approaches.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
