Quality Production Engineer – FAT Execution

About the role

Siemens is seeking a Quality Production Engineer to lead Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) execution and ensure timely delivery of quality dossiers for industrial projects. You will act as the main liaison between the project team and customers, guaranteeing smooth test coordination and complete customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and compile Quality Dossiers for project delivery.
• Coordinate and conduct customer witness tests and FATs, both on‑site and remotely.
• Manage all documentation required for customer tests.
• Ensure cross‑functional teams are aligned for successful test execution.
• Maintain compliance with Siemens factory policies and standards throughout the process.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Electromechanical, Instrumentation or related).
• Intermediate proficiency in English (spoken, written, listening).
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical drawing interpretation.
• Familiarity with low and medium voltage panels and applicable standards.
• Experience with basic electrical and mechanical tools.
• Desirable experience in project management or electrical testing of panels.
