Recruiter – High Volume Operations

About the role

Join Farmer Business Services (FBS) as a high‑volume recruiter, supporting the global talent acquisition strategy for Farmers. You will partner with hiring managers to source, assess, and hire top talent across multiple functions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and alignment with the company culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of open positions, driving end‑to‑end recruitment for high‑volume hiring needs.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels, evaluate applications, and coordinate interview processes.
• Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers and candidates.
• Present offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in high‑volume environments.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with hiring managers and candidates.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality.
