Recruiter – High‑Volume Hiring (Mexico City)

About the role

Flix is expanding its presence in Mexico and seeks a proactive Recruiter to join the LATAM Talent Acquisition team. You will lead end‑to‑end hiring for operational, shop, and retail positions, ensuring a smooth and data‑driven process that aligns with our mission of making travel accessible and sustainable.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high‑volume roles across business departments.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define requirements and streamline interview processes.
• Own the offer stage, delivering a world‑class candidate experience.
• Promote Flix’s employer brand and ensure cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate data in recruitment tools such as Greenhouse.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in full‑cycle recruiting.
• Proven track record in high‑volume hiring for operational, retail, or customer‑service roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Fluent in Spanish with a good command of English.
