Recruiter – Mexico City

About the role

Efficio is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join its Mexico City office. You will support the end‑to‑end hiring process for both permanent and interim consultants, helping the firm meet its rapid growth targets across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, headhunting, and market mapping to build a high‑quality talent pool.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from interview scheduling and candidate communication to offer presentation and onboarding.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Staffing, Project Managers, VP Leads, and Finance to understand hiring needs.
• Maintain and optimise the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring accurate data and reporting.
• Participate in strategic HR projects aimed at improving processes, systems, and employer branding.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an in‑house, agency, or RPO recruitment environment.
• Strong ability to build relationships with candidates and internal partners.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail throughout the hiring process.
• Passion for recruitment and a desire to work in a high‑growth, international consultancy.
