Recruiter – U.S. Market

About the role

HIKINEX is seeking motivated Recruiters to support its U.S. market. The role involves full‑cycle recruiting for a variety of client positions across the United States, requiring strong sourcing, communication, and pipeline management skills.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, recruiting databases, social media, referrals and other tools.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑fill roles and conduct market research to identify talent pools.
• Conduct proactive outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and text to engage passive candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the company’s ATS and recruiting systems.
• Screen candidates through structured interviews, assess fit against client requirements, and manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Build long‑term relationships with candidates and provide consistent follow‑up throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage several searches at once.
• Self‑motivated, activity‑driven, and comfortable with high outbound activity.
• Ability to understand and evaluate candidate motivations, compensation expectations, and work authorization.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate management.
• Familiarity with job boards, recruiting databases, and social media sourcing techniques.
