About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing center in Taos, New Mexico. The position offers full sponsorship for a TN visa, relocation assistance, and housing support, with an initial three‑year contract that can be renewed.

Key responsibilities

Provide nursing care in accordance with physician orders, center policies, and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain accurate charting, incident reporting, and narcotic counts.
Document changes in patient condition, including nutrition, infections, skin integrity, and weight.
Utilize the Quality Life Manual to place and monitor patients in appropriate programs.
Communicate patient room changes, admissions, discharges, and leaves of absence to relevant departments.
Participate in physician rounds when required.

Required profile

Valid RN license in your home country.
Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
Proficient in English.
