About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing center in Taos, New Mexico. The position offers full sponsorship for a TN visa, relocation assistance, and housing support, with an initial three‑year contract that can be renewed.
Key responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with physician orders, center policies, and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate charting, incident reporting, and narcotic counts.
- Document changes in patient condition, including nutrition, infections, skin integrity, and weight.
- Utilize the Quality Life Manual to place and monitor patients in appropriate programs.
- Communicate patient room changes, admissions, discharges, and leaves of absence to relevant departments.
- Participate in physician rounds when required.
Required profile
- Valid RN license in your home country.
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
- Proficient in English.
