Remote Inbound Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking entry‑level Remote Inbound Sales Representatives to join a well‑established education‑focused organization. In this fully remote position you will field inbound calls from prospective learners, guide them through program information and the enrollment process, and help create a positive experience during a high‑volume enrollment period.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound sales and customer‑service calls from prospective students.
• Provide detailed information about educational programs and assist with enrollment steps.
• Offer callback options when requested and, when needed, support payment collection.
• Maintain a friendly, consultative tone to build rapport and ensure a positive caller experience.

Required profile

• Strong English verbal communication skills.
• Customer‑service or sales‑oriented mindset.
• Reliable, stable wired internet connection.
• Proper headset, monitor and a computer setup (additional screen required).

• Compensation: $5.50 USD per hour, paid weekly in arrears.
• Independent contractor arrangement.

• Flexible schedule: 48 hours per week with rotating days off.
