About the role

Arrivia is seeking a high‑energy Remote Sales Representative to promote travel experiences to members across Mexico. This outbound‑focused position is the first point of contact for customers looking for hotels, cruises, and resorts, offering a chance to turn conversations into memorable trips.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to introduce members to travel products and services.
• Guide customers through the sales process, handle objections, and close deals.
• Act as a travel consultant, recommending hotels, cruises, and resorts that match member preferences.
• Maintain daily activity targets and consistently achieve monthly sales goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in travel or high‑volume outbound call centers.
• Fluent in English and Spanish at a professional level.
• Resilient, self‑motivated mindset with a competitive, “can‑do” attitude.
• Ability to work from a quiet, professional home environment.
