About the role

The Repair Support Agent role is a hybrid position that serves as a key link between customers, field users and Motorola Solutions’ depot operations. You will handle post‑sale inquiries, coordinate device repairs and ensure timely delivery of critical communication equipment.

Key responsibilities

Respond to customer questions via phone, chat and email, providing order status, shipment tracking and return information.
Capture and forward customer feedback to technical, manufacturing or logistics teams.
Collaborate with technical support, order management, depot and sales teams to monitor the full device journey.
Log cases in internal databases, create documentation from initial contact through resolution, and identify recurring product issues.
Draft clear, non‑technical documentation for internal processes and cross‑training.
Participate in continuous‑improvement projects to streamline RMA and depot workflows.
Perform high‑volume data entry using specialized system tools in a fast‑paced call‑center environment.

Required profile

High School Diploma or equivalent.
