About the role
The Reservations Manager will be responsible for maximizing the hotel’s yield by directing, controlling and coordinating all reservation activities at Banyan Tree Mayakoba.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimise reservation processes to achieve revenue targets.
- Configure, report, and control inventory, segmentation and rates using Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud.
- Analyse reservation data and produce actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with Forbes, AAA and LQA standards.
- Collaborate with front‑office and revenue teams to align strategies.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in a reservations role within luxury hospitality.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical mindset and teamwork abilities.
Required skills
- Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud (configuration, reporting, inventory, segmentation, rate control).
- Microsoft Excel – advanced level.
- Data analytics – ability to interpret and act on reservation data.
