Retail Sales Manager – Forex

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Sales Manager – Forex to join our Mexico office. Reporting to the Country Manager, you will turn company‑provided leads into successful forex sales while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Engage prospective clients and recommend suitable forex products.
• Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Maintain strong follow‑up processes to maximise conversion rates.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
• Provide accurate reporting and feedback to the sales leadership team.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in the forex or related financial services industry.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong negotiation skills.
• Effective time‑management, organisational and prioritisation capabilities.
• Team‑player attitude and high standards of business ethics.
