Revenue Operations Analyst – GPO

About the role

Revenue Operations sits between sales, marketing, finance and operations, turning data into decisions. As the GPO Analyst you own the group purchasing organization side of the work, handling membership rosters, contract eligibility, pricing accuracy and the tracings and rebates reporting that sales leadership depends on.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain GPO membership rosters, keeping member information and relationships current and verified.
• Process, prepare and distribute tracings and rebate reports, validating contract eligibility and handling resubmissions.
• Work with distribution partners to collect tracings data, calculate rebates owed, and present results to sales management.
• Track member performance against purchase commitments and confirm correct pricing tiers.
• Review and validate GPO pricing requests, aligning internal and external pricing systems with negotiated contracts.
• Build reports and analytics in Power BI and Excel for strategic decision‑making.
• Resolve pricing discrepancies, credit and rebill requests, and other partner issues.
• Maintain customer and rep databases for sales reporting (CRM, lead tracking, competitor impact, market share) at corporate, divisional and territory levels.
• Represent Revenue Operations in cross‑functional projects with IT, Finance, Marketing, Sales, HR, Customer Care and Compliance.

Required profile

• BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting.
• At least 2 years in Revenue Operations or a similar finance role.
• Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables.
• Solid organizational and communication abilities, with the capacity to explain data to non‑analysts.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects independently under tight deadlines.
• Experience collaborating across teams and business units.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment where priorities shift.
