Sales Market Business Controller

About the role

As a Sales Market Business Controller you will be responsible for consolidating the Sales Market profit & loss across all channels, turning performance data into actionable insights and ensuring strong financial governance for area teams and stores.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate the Sales Market P&L and rolling forecast, review results and share insights with the region.
• Translate P&L findings into clear action plans, set targets and follow up with areas and stores.
• Lead commercial and operational controlling across stores and online.
• Drive efficiency in the sales market, including OPEX control, inventory loss reduction and logistics cost optimisation.
• Track initiatives and savings to improve sales, margin and cash flow.
• Govern pricing, promotions, markdowns and stock together with merchandising to protect margin.
• Work with the Accounting team to ensure accurate invoicing, approvals and internal controls.
• Coach area teams on KPIs and Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial controlling, planning or FP&A; retail or multi‑channel experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs, seasonality and P&L management.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective stakeholder management and the ability to balance commercial and financial perspectives.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
