About the role
We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive new‑business growth for a cybersecurity SaaS provider across northern Mexico, with a focus on the Monterrey market. You will work in a high‑performance, hunter‑oriented environment, guiding enterprise and mid‑market customers through complex sales cycles and positioning innovative identity security solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, qualify and close new opportunities across enterprise and mid‑market accounts in northern Mexico.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers, influencers and stakeholders.
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Lead sales engagements, including demos, presentations and RFP responses, in collaboration with internal technical and sales teams.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting using Salesforce.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and client meetings.
Required profile
- 10+ years of customer‑facing sales experience, preferably in enterprise technology or SaaS.
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of IT environments and familiarity with Microsoft tools and enterprise technologies.
- Experience with complex, consultative, solution‑based sales cycles.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity domains such as identity security or PAM is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
