Senior Full Stack Engineer (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a senior full‑stack engineer to lead complex product initiatives in a hybrid work setting. The role combines hands‑on coding with technical leadership, ensuring high‑quality delivery while mentoring the team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and ship end‑to‑end features, owning the full lifecycle from architecture to production monitoring.
• Partner with product managers to translate roadmap priorities into clear technical plans and timelines.
• Break down large, ambiguous problems into well‑scoped workstreams with defined interfaces and milestones.
• Champion API design, observability, reliability and responsible AI usage across the codebase.
• Lead a small engineering team, run design reviews and uphold a high engineering bar.

• Comfortable creating clarity in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments.

Required skills

• API design and implementation.
• Observability and reliability engineering.
• Distributed systems, databases, data pipelines and event‑driven architectures.
• Daily use of AI assistance tools (e.g., Claude) for code generation and documentation, with full ownership of generated code.
