Senior Full Stack Engineer - PHP/Laravel & Vue

About the role

DaCodes, a team of nearly 300 software developers, architects, designers and project managers working with clients in Latin America and the United States, is hiring 3 Senior Full Stack Engineers to join its existing Agile teams. The engineers work directly with the client's teams every day, leading technical work, mentoring others and troubleshooting production issues. The position is remote, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule aligned to the team's project.

Required profile

• 6 to 9 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer
• Ability to ramp up quickly and contribute independently
• Proven ability to lead technical work, mentor others and troubleshoot production issues
• Strong English communication skills, as you will work directly with the team every day
• Nice time zone overlap with US Eastern hours

Required skills

• Backend: PHP 8+, Laravel, API development and unit testing
• Frontend: Vue.js 3+
• Data: MySQL/MariaDB
• Tooling: Git, Docker, Apache/Linux
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot or similar
• Nice to have: Elasticsearch, Logstash, MongoDB, GitHub Actions, TypeScript, Zend/Laminas
