Senior Graphic Designer – Contract (30 hrs/week)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join a leading workforce‑solutions provider on a 3‑6 month contract, with the possibility of extension. The role is focused on creating high‑impact B2B marketing assets and will work closely with the internal marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Design creative assets for paid ads, website elements, digital media, and campaign collateral.
• Produce both static designs and motion‑based content, aiming for an even split between the two.
• Collaborate on concept development and work with a strategy copywriter to generate bold ideas.
• Challenge briefs constructively and push beyond traditional B2B design approaches.
• Maintain brand guidelines while introducing fresh visual perspectives.
• Participate in weekly sync‑ups to align deliverables with strategic goals.

Required profile

• Proven B2B graphic design experience with a portfolio that includes static and motion work.
• Strong background in campaign and demand‑generation content creation.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a flexible schedule.
• Familiarity with project tools such as Asana, Microsoft Teams, HubSpot, and Canva Pro.
• Legal authorization to work in the country of the position.
