Senior IAM & Identity Governance Analyst (Short-Term)

About the role

This short‑term (approximately three months) position supports a leading construction‑management software provider in strengthening its Identity and Access Management (IAM) and security posture. The analyst will work closely with application, security, and business teams to assess risk, document findings, and drive remediation across a large ecosystem of users and integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze identity, application, role, entitlement, and access data to identify excessive or inappropriate permissions.
• Perform IAM/GRC risk assessments and apply Least‑Privilege and RBAC principles.
• Review user profiles and access patterns using IAM/IGA platforms.
• Support application inventory and flag applications that need SSO/Okta integration.
• Partner with owners and stakeholders to collect information and drive remediation actions.
• Tri­age and assess legacy OAuth applications within Google Workspace.
• Document findings, recommendations, access profiles, and remediation steps.
• Coordinate with technical teams responsible for implementing configuration changes.
• Assist IAM governance processes and help establish repeatable access‑review workflows.
• Provide light automation or data‑analysis support when required.

Required profile

• Solid experience in IAM, Identity Governance, or Access Management.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Okta, SailPoint, Saviynt, or comparable IGA solutions.
• Familiarity with OAuth, Google Workspace, and enterprise SSO concepts.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and communicate risk findings clearly.
• Strong collaboration skills with application owners, security teams, and business stakeholders.
