Senior iOS Engineer

About the role

Peek is looking for a Senior iOS Engineer to build and maintain high‑performing iOS applications that power booking flows and payments for museums, attractions and other experiences. The role combines strong Swift expertise with AI‑first development practices to deliver reliable, scalable products.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of critical product areas and improve system performance, security, and reliability.
• Support workflows used directly by Peek’s customers, integrating multiple backend services.
• Design and operate complex AI‑agent orchestration systems and develop human‑agent collaboration patterns.
• Ship product features primarily through agent‑assisted development in collaboration with the engineering team.

Required profile

• Strong mobile fundamentals in iOS, including API integration, data modeling, robust system design, and production debugging.
• Demonstrated use of AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) in daily engineering work.
• Ability to critically evaluate AI‑generated code for logic errors, security issues, and maintainability.
• Clear, empathetic communicator who flags specification gaps and collaborates across product, design, and engineering.
• Self‑motivated with a sense of ownership, driving work forward without prompting.
