Senior Product Manager – Technology

About the role

Truelogic is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of a next‑generation AI‑driven conversational platform. You will work at the intersection of product, design, and engineering to turn ambiguous problems into clear, actionable product solutions for a membership‑based community of C‑suite leaders and innovators.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the end‑to‑end product vision, strategy, and user experience for a context‑aware AI agent platform.
• Lead product discovery, identify user needs, evaluate opportunities, and prioritize initiatives based on impact.
• Translate early‑stage concepts into detailed product requirements, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Partner with engineering to address system architecture, LLM behavior, agent memory, identity models, state management, and data flows.
• Work through edge cases, failure modes, permissions, and error‑recovery scenarios to ensure reliable experiences.

Required profile

• Proven senior product management experience with strong product strategy, discovery, and execution skills.
• Excellent UX judgment and ability to evaluate user journeys and interaction design.
• Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear, prioritized product requirements.
• Technical fluency to discuss complex software systems, LLM behavior, and data flows with engineers.
• Advanced English proficiency and ability to communicate product narratives clearly.
