Senior Project Manager – Operational Excellence

About the role

The LEGO Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives that shape the future of Americas Manufacturing. You will drive operational excellence, align cross‑functional teams, and translate long‑term ambitions into actionable roadmaps.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation of strategic initiatives that transform manufacturing operations and align with corporate direction.
• Co‑lead development of 3‑to‑5 year Americas manufacturing strategies, integrating insights from operations, finance, technology, supply chain, and global teams.
• Build, maintain, and communicate a comprehensive roadmap covering capacity, technology, digitalization, productivity, and risk mitigation.
• Define prioritization criteria, manage the initiative funnel, and enforce stage‑gate, readiness, and governance frameworks.
• Facilitate Leadership Team meetings, synthesize insights, and ensure alignment among senior stakeholders across the Americas and the global network.

Required profile

• Strong experience in strategy, consulting, business analysis, or project management.
• Excellent analytical capabilities with the ability to model financial and operational scenarios.
• Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams and communicate effectively with senior leaders.
• Track record of leading complex, multi‑stakeholder projects from concept to execution.
• High agility and resilience in a dynamic business environment.
• Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification is desired.
