Senior Recruiter – Hybrid – Mexico City

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead full‑cycle talent acquisition for a fast‑growing technology and real‑estate operations company. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for both technical and non‑technical positions, ensuring a high‑quality pipeline and a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers across engineering, product, real‑estate, and support functions.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines using various sourcing channels.
• Coordinate interview schedules, provide feedback, and ensure timely communication.
• Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior recruiter in a technology‑focused environment.
• Hands‑on, results‑driven attitude with the ability to handle multiple requisitions.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setting (2 days onsite, 3 days remote).
