About the role

Chapter 2 is seeking a Senior Talent Partner (Sales) on a six‑month fixed‑term contract to support a leading fintech client. The role focuses on partnering with hiring managers to attract top sales talent and drive end‑to‑end recruitment while ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies for sales positions.
• Source exceptional talent through creative, data‑driven outreach.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process.
• Build and iterate hiring processes to scale speed and quality.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring efforts.
• Leverage ATS and recruitment analytics to optimise funnels and reporting.
• Identify and experiment with new sourcing channels, tools, and technologies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in sales roles.
• Proven track record of hiring across Sales, Solutions Sales, and Product.
• Passion for technology with solid understanding of the sales cycle.
• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on, can‑do attitude.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
