Senior Technical Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for engineering and technology positions. You will partner with hiring managers and account teams to identify, engage, and place top‑tier candidates across hardware and software domains.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing and screening to placement and contractor support.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a perfect match.
• Proactively source talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and creative outreach.
• Conduct technical interviews and guide candidates through each stage.
• Collaborate with internal Account Managers to meet timely submission targets.
• Maintain accurate candidate and job records in Bullhorn ATS.
• Track recruiting metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay informed on market trends and hiring needs in technology and engineering.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruiting experience for technical engineering roles (hardware and software).
• Proven ability to manage multiple high‑volume requisitions within VMS programs.
• Track record of submitting candidates within 24‑48 hours.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
