Senior Windows Administrator – Hybrid (Mexico City)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Senior Windows & Citrix Administrator to join an established Platform Engineering team supporting a major transportation and logistics company. The role is hybrid, requiring one day per week on‑site in Mexico City, and focuses on managing Azure AD, Windows domains in AWS, and Citrix Cloud services.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and evolve the client’s Azure AD instance and Windows domain hosted in AWS.
• Manage Citrix Cloud, Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, and related infrastructure.
• Automate identity, Active Directory, and system processes.
• Ensure reliability, performance, and security of hosted environments.
• Provide high‑quality, customer‑focused support and troubleshooting.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Strong knowledge of IAM, SSO, identity governance, and Azure AD.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS (EC2, VPC, IAM, security groups, hybrid connectivity, Systems Manager).
• Expertise in Citrix Cloud and Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
