Site Management Associate II

About the role

ICON Strategic Solutions is hiring a Site Management Associate II in Mexico City, working in a sponsor-dedicated model supported by ICON's global expertise. The role supports the management and monitoring of clinical trial sites by ensuring compliance with study protocols, regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines. It is a non-site-facing, office-based role focused on administrative and operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced administrative and operational support to clinical trial teams across study start-up, maintenance and close-out.
• Manage and maintain the Trial Master File (TMF) so it is complete, accurate and inspection-ready.
• Support site activation by collecting, reviewing and tracking regulatory documents.
• Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders, sites and vendors, and track study progress, metrics and deliverables.
• Coordinate logistics such as investigator payments, supplies and document workflows.
• Assist with audit and inspection readiness, and support contract and budget tracking.
• Mentor or guide junior CTAs or administrative staff, as applicable.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Research or a related field.
• 2+ years of clinical research experience with strong exposure to CTA responsibilities and TMF management.
• Experience supporting global clinical trials and working with cross-functional teams across countries and regions.
• Solid understanding of clinical trial processes, regulatory documentation and site support.
• Strong communication, organization and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Preferred: experience with clinical systems such as eTMF and CTMS, and Microsoft Office tools.
