Social Media Manager – Community & Culture

About the role

Redial BPO is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead community and culture storytelling across its public social channels. The role will showcase daily experiences of agents and teams, strengthening the employer brand and supporting talent attraction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content ideas and creative direction for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp, aligned with the editorial calendar.
• Capture and produce culture‑forward stories about team celebrations, milestones, and community initiatives.
• Translate concepts into briefs for the in‑house design team while retaining ownership of messaging.
• Build and nurture the online community by responding to comments, encouraging participation, and fostering genuine engagement.
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns for agent recruitment using Meta/Facebook Ads, in partnership with HR.
• Create internal communications that keep Redialers informed and connected to company culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management or community building.
• Strong storytelling and content creation abilities.
• Advanced English (C1‑C2) and fluent Spanish.
• Portfolio or work samples demonstrating relevant work.
