Strategic Finance Associate

About the role

Our client is a PE‑backed, leading AI SaaS that helps teams plan, connect, and perform in the workplace. They are looking for a Strategic Finance Associate to join the Finance and RevOps team, acting as a trusted advisor to functional leaders and owning the end‑to‑end financial planning process.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive view of revenue flow across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and translate it into financial outcomes.
• Analyze funnel, pipeline, revenue and retention performance to identify drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Build and maintain operational models, including financial statements, revenue models and unit economics.
• Support recurring forecasts, executive reporting and variance analysis with actionable recommendations.
• Prepare board and investor reports that accurately present financial results and key metrics.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, improve reporting quality and automate manual workflows.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, consulting, FP&A or RevOps.
• Advanced financial modeling skills, including driver‑based forecasting, 3‑statement modeling and scenario analysis.
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities with a proven track record of turning data into clear insights.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex analyses to executive audiences.
