Strategic Recruitment Sourcing Specialist – Construction

About the role

Turner & Townsend is looking for a Strategic Recruitment Sourcing Specialist to join its Talent Acquisition team. The role focuses on building proactive talent pipelines for construction‑related projects, engaging high‑calibre passive candidates, and delivering a personalised candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute data‑driven, multi‑channel sourcing strategies using market data, candidate intelligence and talent insights.
• Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM systems, AI‑enabled tools and niche platforms to map talent markets and build targeted pipelines.
• Conduct consultative phone screens to assess candidate interest, qualifications and alignment with business priorities.
• Partner with Recruiters, Strategic Talent Partners and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and skill forecasts.
• Build, maintain and nurture talent communities for future hiring needs, keeping pipelines warm through regular communication.
• Provide sourcing advice, market intelligence and competitive trends to Recruiters and Hiring Managers.

Required profile

• Proactive, analytical mindset with a strong alignment to Turner & Townsend’s values.
• Experience in strategic talent sourcing, preferably within construction or related sectors.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships with passive talent.
