Supply Chain Manager - Network Optimization

About the role

As a Supply Chain Network Optimization Manager at PepsiCo, you will lead a team of Network Optimization and MPS planners to translate company‑wide supply strategies into optimized sourcing and production plans. You will work closely with platform owners, industry managers, raw material planners, and supply planning teams to balance service, cost, capacity, and transportation constraints across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Network Optimization and MPS planners, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Partner with platform owners and business stakeholders to create optimized sourcing plans for finished and semi‑finished goods across internal sites and external co‑manufacturers within a 0‑64‑week horizon.
• Drive adoption of network optimization solutions and integrate outputs into supply planning decisions.
• Conduct scenario analysis to evaluate sourcing strategies and trade‑offs, balancing service, cost, capacity, and transportation objectives.
• Monitor network performance, identify risks and opportunities, and resolve high‑priority exceptions.
• Influence strategic supply chain decisions using a total cost‑to‑serve mindset.
• Collaborate with global business, capability, and IT teams to implement process enhancements and planning transformation initiatives.
• Escalate and facilitate resolution of system, process, or model issues impacting planning performance.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in supply chain or network optimization environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work across functions and geographies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive continuous improvement.
