Supply Chain Planning Analyst

About the role

Join PepsiCo's Supply Chain team in the United States and help ensure that products move smoothly from suppliers to customers. You will support daily order processes, coordinate shipments, and maintain high service levels while gaining hands‑on experience with SAP and internal planning tools.

Key responsibilities

• Create, track, and validate purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments for warehouses, distribution centers, or manufacturing plants.
• Monitor inventory levels, resolve discrepancies, and support restocking activities.
• Communicate with vendors to confirm order status, delivery schedules, and resolve issues.
• Prepare and verify documentation such as invoices, shipping labels, and compliance forms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Minimum 6 months of supply chain experience.
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, data analysis, validation).
• Willingness to work the shift Monday‑Friday, 06:00 am – 03:30 pm.
