Talent Sourcer – Remote (Mexico)

About the role

Hilbert is seeking a proactive Talent Sourcer to join its growing Talent team. In this fully remote position, you will be the engine behind the recruiting pipeline, identifying and engaging top talent before roles are even posted.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies for Product, Engineering, Growth, GTM and other departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics and ideal candidate profiles.
• Utilize Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to find passive and active candidates.
• Conduct personalized outreach, manage candidate communication and generate interest.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders, ensuring a smooth process.
• Support the Talent Partner with ad‑hoc recruiting projects and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and track sourcing metrics.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing or related talent acquisition roles, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.
• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Self‑starter mindset with a proactive, independent work style.
