Technical Project Manager

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex projects within its payments ecosystem. You will be accountable for planning, execution, and ensuring that business objectives are met on time and within scope.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute project schedules to meet deadlines and milestones.
• Ensure methodology compliance, manage issue resolution, and report to senior management.
• Maintain clear communication with project staff throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks.
• Provide regular status updates to senior management.
• Contribute measurable input to new products, processes, standards, or plans.
• Lead delivery teams to align with business objectives, schedule, and risk management.
• Mentor junior team members and handle complex problem‑solving situations.

Required profile

• More than 8 years of experience in technical project management.
• Scrum, Kanban, PMP, or SAFe certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
