A su vez será responsable de la instalación de aplicaciones, sistemas operativos, diagnostico, mantenimiento y reparación a equipos de cómputo, periféricos y otras oportunidades relacionadas al área de IT Infraestructura.Principales ResponsabilidadesProporciona soporte técnico a los usuarios internos de aplicaciones y hardware informáticos de la organización (por ejemplo, PC, servidores, mainframes).Responde preguntas sobre procedimientos del sistema, transacciones en línea, estado de los sistemas y procedimientos de tiempo de inactividad y generalmente se encuentra dentro de un centro de llamadas.Colabora con servicios de red, ingeniería de sistemas de software y/o desarrollo de aplicaciones para restaurar el servicio y/o identificar problemas.Mantiene un historial de resolución de problemas que garantiza la resolución oportuna de los problemas.Proporcionar experiencia y conocimiento, proveer liderazgo en servicios técnicos de sistemas según sea determinado.
