About the role

ONE is expanding its state‑of‑the‑art contact centre in Cancun and is looking for a dynamic Travel Sales Specialist. You will sell premium, high‑price point travel products to sophisticated customers, guiding them through the entire virtual sales journey.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep product knowledge of high‑end travel solutions.
• Conduct consultative selling by communicating value and matching solutions to customer travel needs.
• Build trust‑based relationships with customers through transparent communication.
• Handle pricing discussions and negotiate win‑win outcomes.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by closing high‑value deals.

Required profile

• Proven track record in selling high‑price point products or services.
• Excellent virtual communication skills (video and phone).
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently.
• Strong ability to convey complex product information clearly.
• Exceptional negotiation and closing abilities.
