Warranty Project Manager

About the role

The Warranty Project Manager is part of the EHS, Quality, and Security department for Switchgears in Queretaro. The role focuses on managing warranty claims, conducting root‑cause investigations and driving corrective actions while maintaining proactive communication with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of warranty claims, from client report to final closure, coordinating with manufacturing, engineering and logistics.
• Lead investigations of customer non‑conformities using structured problem‑solving methods (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys) and develop CAPA plans.
• Track implementation and verification of corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Analyze warranty data trends to identify systemic improvements.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing updates, formal responses and managing expectations.
• Prepare and present reports on warranty performance, issue resolution and service improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in quality or project management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
