About the role

Join a leading global payments company as a Windows Systems Administrator II, supporting the infrastructure that powers payment experiences worldwide. You will ensure the stability, security, and performance of critical Windows platforms while collaborating with a talented technology team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain resilient Windows infrastructure to meet service level commitments and support business‑critical payment services.
• Implement proactive security measures, patching, and access governance to protect the organization and its clients.
• Identify improvement opportunities, drive automation, and enhance scalability to support future growth.
• Troubleshoot complex platform issues, lead recovery efforts, and minimize service disruption.
• Contribute to technology modernization, disaster‑recovery readiness, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Windows systems administration.
• Hands‑on experience with Active Directory, Windows Server, clustering, SAN/NAS, SCCM, and VMware technologies.
• MCSE certification or equivalent.
• Proven ability to analyze technical problems, make sound decisions, and deliver effective solutions.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and scripting.
